CRA Webinar - February 16, 2022

The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) is hosting a free webinar to help individuals who provide services as a corporation (through an incorporated business) determine whether they meet the definition of a personal services business, and what that means in terms of tax obligations. This webinar will discuss the definition of personal services business; tax deductions, rates, and eligible expenses; filing requirements, obligations, and deadlines; employer/employee relationship; requesting a ruling; and correcting tax returns.
