EXECUTIVE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

John Broderick
Chamber President
Hello Clearview,
I am John Broderick and together with my wife, Rhonda, I started J&R Cycle in 1979. We have been operating in our present Clearview location since 1982.
It is with great gratitude and respect for all Chamber of Commerce Board Members who came before me that I step into the role of President.
Your new Clearview Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and I are very excited to work with all Current Members as we continue to welcome all businesses in and around Clearview. Working together we can expand and enhance the reach of all Clearview Chamber of Commerce Members far more effectively than anyone of us on our own. Together we can all do so much more!

Richard Paul
Chamber Treasurer
I am a hometown boy, born and raised here in Stayner as were five generations of my family before me.
I am a Byng Public School and S.C.I. alumni, and went to Georgian College in Barrie to get my Business-Accounting diploma. I am a small business owner of a Bookkeeping and Income Tax Preparation company.
I got married in Stayner to my lovely wife, who I had to import from the “big city”. Honest, that’s how she describes herself! She jokes to her big city family that because my family has been here for so many generations, there’s no one left in town I wasn’t related to some how! We have a teenage son, two cats and a five-month-old puppy.
I have served more recently on the local volunteer Board of a Federal political party. I have previously served on the Board of Clearview Public Library from 2004-2012. I have been a board member or treasurer to many organizations throughout the years from church to chamber.
My hobbies include reading biographies, researching genealogy and local family history. I am also known to chill out with Netflix once in a while.

Jiwon Khun
Chamber Director
Jiwon is an experienced digital media professional and the owner of Triple Dub Media, a website development and digital marketing company based in Stayner. Having developed a home-based business with clients from all over North America, Jiwon realized the need to get involved with the Chamber to build a sense of community on a more local level. As a Director with the Clearview Chamber of Commerce, Jiwon brings a wealth of experience, both creative and technical, to the table in order to contribute to the expansion and prosperity of both the Chamber and the community it serves.
Jiwon's favourite things to do when he's not at work are to spend time with his family, go on adventures, and work on personal projects that help him hone his skills even further.

Rhonda Broderick
Chamber Director
Rhonda Broderick's story is one of deep community ties and unwavering dedication to Clearview Township. Alongside her husband John Broderick, she opened J&R Cycle in 1979, becoming a cornerstone of Clearview since 1982. A founding member of the Central Ontario ATV Club, Rhonda actively serves on the board, promoting outdoor activities and community engagement. Rhonda was also an active Board Member for 25 years with the Wasaga Beach Snowmobile Club.
Beyond business, Rhonda initiated the Feed and Friend Ride, providing school lunches for local grade school students in need for two decades. Rhonda's community-minded approach is well-known as she steps into this new role. Rhonda is excited to build upon the efforts of previous board members and grateful for the chance to strengthen connections with fellow business owners.

Rachael Broderick
Chamber Director
Rachael Broderick is the creative force behind R.L.B. Creations, a business known for its unique blend of handcrafted and globally sourced jewelry. She started by helping friends and family get their creations into stores and now runs her own successful brand, selling at local shows and festivals.
Rachael is passionate about building community connections through workshops, events, and collaborations with local businesses. As a small business owner and active community member, she’s excited to bring her experience and positive energy to the Clearview Chamber, supporting local businesses and fostering growth in the area.

Rob Dell
Chamber Director
Growing up on a 100-acre farm, Rob has always had a deep connection to nature and community. Now based in Collingwood, he enjoys an active lifestyle that includes playing hockey in Stayner, baseball, skiing, and mountain biking. Rob and his partner, Amanda, share their home with a two-year-old rescue dog named Clark, and they both enjoy camping and spending time outdoors.
Professionally, Rob works as an Employee Benefit Advisor at Alta Vista Planning Partners, specializing in designing customized employee benefit plans for small business owners. This role allows him to help local businesses offer competitive and meaningful benefits to their employees.
Rob comes from a family with a strong background in entrepreneurship. His father was a successful group insurance advisor and served as the president of the Vaughan Chamber of Commerce for many years. As an entrepreneur himself, he also ran an insurance agency that remains successful today. Inspired by this legacy, Rob is dedicated to contributing to the growth and success of local businesses, and is excited to bring this passion to the Clearview Chamber of Commerce.
Rob looks forward to supporting the community and fostering new opportunities for collaboration and growth.

Melanie Lopes
Chamber Director
I am Melanie Lopes, and my journey in this community began in 1998 when my husband and I moved to Stayner with our one-month-old son. Over the years, our family has grown to include four wonderful children, all actively involved in local sports such as hockey and dance.
I am honored to serve as a Director of the Clearview Chamber of Commerce, where I am committed to supporting local businesses, fostering connections, and helping our community grow. Additionally, I serve as President of Brad’s Place Addiction Treatment of Southern Georgian Bay, where my focus is on providing hope and support for youth and young adults struggling with addiction.
By working together, we can create new opportunities, strengthen our local economy, and build a community where businesses and individuals alike can thrive. I look forward to continuing to make a meaningful impact in Clearview and beyond!
