Frequently Asked Questions

How do I join the Chamber?

We have an online Membership application form located under Join.  You can also print out a copy, fill it in, scan and email it to admin@clearviewchamber.com or mail it to the Chamber office at PO Box 1049, Stayner, ON  L0M 1S0.

Once your application has been accepted by the Board at the next meeting, you will be contacted by our administrator to arrange payment for membership.

Can I renew my membership online?

Yes, you will be able to renew your membership online using your credit card. Renewals are open starting in November each year with our Early Bird campaign until December 31st. Regular renewals are open until April 1st in the New Year. Keep an eye on your inbox and our social media pages for membership renewal times and instructions. Or email admin@clearviewchamber.com 

How do I make changes to my company information?

All changes can be done through your our Membership Portal.  Go to the top of the page and click Login and then enter your email and password or create a login if your new to the portal. 

What if I can’t remember my login information?

If you can’t remember your password, there is a link that you can click on for “Forgot your password”.  Your password will be emailed to the email address on file for your account.

What if my email address has changed?  How do I change that?

You can contact admin@ClearviewChamber.com to correct your email address or click on the Chat Button at the bottom of the page and ask tech support to assist you.
