Frequently Asked Questions

How do I join the Chamber?

We have an online Membership application form located under Services/Join.  You can also print out a copy, fill it in,  scan and email it or mail it to the Chamber office at PO Box 1049, Stayner, ON  L0M 1S0.

Once your application has been accepted by the Board at the next meeting, you will be contacted by our administrator to arrange payment for membership.

Can I renew my membership online?

​

Yes, using your credit card and our PayPal account.  Go to our Join Page and click on the appropriate box for your business type and it will take you to the payment options.

How do I make changes to my company information?

​

All changes can be done through your our Membership Portal.  Go to the top of the page and click Login and then enter your email and password.

What if I can’t remember my login information?

​

If you can’t remember your password, there is a link that you can click on for “Forgot your password”.  Your password will be emailed to the email address on file for your account.

What if my email address has changed?  How do I change that?

​

You can contact admin@ClearviewChamber.com to correct your email address or click on the Chat Button at the bottom of the page and ask tech support to assist you.
